SATHAVARI GULAM: Satavari Gulam is a traditional, semi-solid Ayurvedic formulation classified as a Lehyam/Rasayanam. Prepared primarily with a base of jaggery (Guda), cow’s ghee, and the fresh juice of Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus), it functions as a cooling rejuvenator (Rasayana). Apart from these, Rich Nectar's Sathavari Gulam is a medicinal preparation made by combining other Ayurvedic herbs. It balances both Vata and Pitta doshas and is widely regarded as a premiere health tonic for women's reproductive health and overall vitality.
Key Health Benefits:
1. Supports Female Reproductive Health: It regularizes menstrual cycles, helps manage abnormal or excessive white discharge (leukorrhea), and deeply nourishes uterine tissues.
2. Cools the Body: It is highly effective at calming internal heat. It helps relieve localized burning sensations (such as in the feet or palms), painful urination (dysuria), and urinary tract irritation.
3. Boosts Energy & Strength: The combination of nutrients helps postpartum women regain strength, counters overall fatigue, and counters muscle wasting.
4. Soothes Digestion: Because it contains jaggery, ghee, and soothing herbs like Yashtimadhu (Licorice), it neutralizes excess stomach acid and helps manage hyperacidity or gastric ulcers.
5. Polycystic Ovarian Disorder: Shatavari is a traditional Ayurvedic herb that may help manage PCOD (Polycystic Ovarian Disorder) symptoms by supporting hormonal balance, lowering stress, and improving follicular health.
6. Enhances Lactation: As a natural galactagogue, it safely promotes healthy breast milk production in postpartum and nursing mothers.
